This one-day conference will focus on the theme “Everyday Leaders” to improve leadership skills for all participants. Additionally, the JROTC State Officers selected for the 2026-2027 school year will be announced. Cadets from all corners of Alabama meet to learn, network, share best practices, and grow their leadership while having a wonderful experience.
